Personally I cut my herbs carefully as to not bruise them then i put them in an ice cube tray and put olive oil over it, and voila. I now have herb pucks that i can throw into a soup or egg recipe etc……..and it last for months and months like that, because herbs do perish very quickly in the fridge.
