micheal, like your shows as most of the cooking is straight forword and fairley simple. one thing though , why do you always look like you could use a good shave and a haircut ????????? barry

Love your shows, cookbooks and now these web clips! Too funny the comment about tourists. I’m originally from PEI and have always wondered where you lived, but never would have thought that tourists would actually try (and succeed) to find your house and take pics! We saw you in Moncton a few years ago at the Seafood Festival where you showed us how to make fish sticks..My daughter (4 at the time, 9 now) still asks to help make the Chef Michael fish sticks! Keep up the great work as a wonderful chef and as PEI ambassador !
