Orange Mustard Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Pork tenderloin is a very tender and versatile meat that easily absorbs whatever flavour you’re in the mood for, like orange mustard marinade. It’s perfect for your grill!
Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup grainy mustard
1 or 2 sprinkles sea salt and freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup grainy mustard
1 or 2 sprinkles sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Whisk the orange juice concentrate and mustard together. Season the pork tenderloins, pour the marinade over them and marinate for a few hours, or even overnight.
Preheat your barbecue to its highest setting.
Grill the tenderloins for 10 minutes or so on each side, until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 155°F (68°C). Let rest for 5 or 10 minutes before slicing.

I’ve been a fan since the inn chef and your trip to Ottawa on 9/11…Poor you… I think your wife was pregnant and you had to drive all that way! I was at the adjoining booth…I own a catering company and steal your recipes regularly lol … I also cook for a soup kitchen where we plant a huge garden and use the fresh produce and herbs in our meals (and it also keeps down the costs)
Take Care and keep giving me ideas…Jayne
I absalutely love watching your show mainly because of the receipies. I have tried many of them and just enjoy the tastse. You keep things simple and that is what I enjoy too. Merry Christmas to you and your family. Thank you for everything you give to society. People rarely remember what you did for them but they will always remember how you made them feel. When you eat something that is simple to make and so enjoyable to eat, then we remember.
Thank you.
