Michael, Hi from New Zealand. I am very much needing your Green eggs and Ham recipe that I saw you make for your “her upstairs in bed” a few weeks back.
I am so lucky to get to spend every Monday with our littlest grandson Ben who is almost 4 and he and I cook different things. (We made the family’s Easter eggs this year!) I would love to surprise him with your take on Dr Seuss!!
You were the first chef I saw when Sky FoodTV channel started a few years back and I still think you are just wonderful! A joy to have in our lounge!
    Sincerely, Jan Randle

unrelated to this video…can you give us one on how to cut a chicken properly. We raise them… then, make a mess of them.

    Thank you,

    jan

I am looking for your recipe for savory bread pudding that was aired a few weeks back. It had smoked salmon in it and I wanted to serve it on Easter Sunday brunch
